I’m the person behind Hayley Helps Digital Support—a service created to make everyday digital tasks simpler, less stressful, and more accessible for everyone.

My professional background is in teaching, where organisation, patience, and clear communication are essential every single day. Through my career, I’ve developed strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to break things down into simple, manageable steps—skills that now sit at the heart of my business.

 

But Hayley Helps didn’t just come from my work—it started at home.

I’ve always been the go-to person in my family for anything that needs organising or figuring out. Whether it’s booking holidays, completing online forms, setting up devices, or sorting out those “I don’t know where to start” tasks, I’ve naturally taken on the role of the family organiser (and unofficial tech support!).

Over time, I realised that so many people feel overwhelmed by the digital world. What might seem straightforward to some can feel confusing and frustrating to others—and that’s where I knew I could really help.
